PC Issue: No sound at all Can you reproduce this issue 100% of the time: Yes Intel i7 6700 HQ Nvidia GTX 1070 16GB Windows 10 I've downloaded the trial out of curiosity, and would love to buy it if I could rest easy knowing I'd have audio. There is no audio anywhere, not even on startup or in the menu of the game.
I've tried deleting some allegedly related files, changing the audio output settings in my system and in-game to no avail. Have verified all game files but am hesitant to re-download the full game or Windows 10 but I'm willing to try the former. For the record, I've had a lot of sound-based issues but never with the game. For example, sometimes the sound quality would decrease drastically but it would be computer-wide, indifferent to the app I was using. I am able to fix this by rolling back the sound driver and rebooting, so currently my driver is the second most recent released in case that's hampering anything. I'm not sure what your last sentence is saying. It's definitely related to my earlier sound problem. If I rollback my driver like I have it now, sound quality is great everywhere but will not play in Battlefront. If I update the sound driver the quality is terrible but at least I get audio. It's an issue with this current sound driver they've released for Windows 10. Which is the only driver Battlefront seems to recognize.
